Keywords refer to the metadata contained within the FCS/MQD files and each keyword has a value. The keyword and its value can be listed in the File Inspector where they can be used to sort files numerically and alphabetically.
It is also possible to import new keywords saved in a csv file and associate them with specific files. In the same way, imported keywords can be used to sort files.
