Yes. Files are imported and displayed in FlowLogic with the compensation matrix that was created at the time of acquisition. However, the compensation can be adjusted in real time within FlowLogic. The new compensation can be saved and applied to other files. There is also an easy auto-compensation feature, called CompLogic.
